Pre-Season Training

Get ready to play with the ultimate training in preparation for the competitive season. Achieve strong baselines in cardiovascular and muscular strength and develop advanced skills to make huge gains on the court.

Players are grouped according to age, skill level and experience for speed, strength and skills training. The intensity and complexity of individual sessions are adjusted to appropriately challenge the abilities of individual players and groups.

Skills training includes footwork, shooting, ball handling, man-to-man and team defense, passing, rebounding, three-point shot, one-on-one moves, transition game, post moves and more. Low player-to-coach ratios ensure dedicated attention as you work toward full potential.

Through Athletic-Republic patented training protocols and equipment, BlueStreak's conditioning workouts enhance players' speed, strength and agility.
