Tae Bo with Billy Blanks – Friday, September 9

Amanda Russell Fitness Program - Sunday, September 18

Argentine Tango – Tuesdays, September 13, 20, 27 & October 4
Learn proper tango technique from the U.S. Tango champion! Cyrena Drusine will lead this 4 week class that will allow you to enjoy the cardiovascular, coordination & stress-relieving benefits of tango. Class is from 8:30 - 9:30pm. Congratulations to Sports Center personal trainer and triathlon coach Andrew Kalley for an awesome finish at the NYC Triathlon! Andrew completed the race in 2:02:28, earning the title of 2011 Elite Overall NYC Triathlon Champion! Great job, Andrew.
