- All parties are two hours, which includes 75 minutes of Activity and 45 minutes in the party room.
- All parties require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to hold the party date & time.
- Payment in full is required upon completion of the party
- Balances must be paid with cash or credit card (no checks, please).
- For safety reasons, the only adults permitted in the main gymnastics area during the party are the parents of the birthday child (this does not include the Toddler Gym). All other parents/adults must watch from the main mezzanine or other designated area.
- Specific party room requests will be honored based on size of party and availability. All requests must be received when booking the party.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Field House without a liquor license.

If you already know the type of party and package you desire, you may request your preferred party date and time by clicking here. The Birthday Party Coordinator will contact you shortly after your request to discuss your event and answer any questions you may have.
