Aquatics
The Sports Center offers private and semi-private instruction throughout the year by experienced swim coaches and instructors who utilize the most current teaching and training techniques. Programs and lessons include:

Cycling
Prepare for an upcoming race or a long ride with our dedicated trainers who specialize in cycling. They will help you simulate a cycling workout, as well as determine which
cross training and exercises will improve your performance.
Fitness
If you are looking to increase your overall fitness level, the Sports Center has the right trainer for you. You and your trainer will create an individualized exercise plan
that addresses your specific needs and fitness goals.
Pilates
Our accomplished Pilates instructors are available for both private and semi-private Pilates training lessons. Lessons are conducted on Pilates Reformers and the Cadillac Trapeze Table and Stability Chair.
Boxing
Customized one-hour boxing lessons with world-class instructors are available for all levels, from novices to seasoned experts. Learn new boxing skills and techniques, improve
endurance, strength and quickness, and achieve your fitness goals.
Volleyball
The Sports Center’s talented volleyball instructors will teach you the fundamentals and strategy of volleyball, as well as give you a great workout. Both beginners and advanced volleyball players benefit from expert instruction. Players work on technique, coordination, balance, strength, toning and cardio endurance.
Rock Climbing
One-hour private and semi-private sessions are available for beginner, intermediate and advanced climbers. Receive the special attention you need to develop proper techniques and prepare for the challenges you seek to conquer. Even if you’ve never climbed before, our instructors will have you scaling the wall in your first session. Advanced climbers can take on the over-hung competition roof and the bouldering wall.
Running
The Sports Center offers world-class instruction for beginner, elite and masters runners.
Highly experienced trainers will prepare you for amarathon, a 10k or just help you feel more comfortable running outside again. Personal trainers also utilize the ¼-mile indoor track for cross-training, sport-specific exercises and individually tailored track workout programs.
Strength Training
Looking to build strength? With a 14,000-square-feet strength deck and a trainer who specializes in strength training, you will be well on your way to success. You will be pushed to the limit and learn to safely use the latest Cybex, Nautilus, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, FreeMotion and Precor weight training equipment, as well as free weights, dumbbells and Kettlebells.
Triathlon Training
The Sports Center has many trainers who specialize in triathlons and are available for personal training. Triathlon training sessions are held on the track, in the pool and on the bikes in the cardio training areas. Weight Loss
If weight loss is your goal, our trainers will develop an individual workout plan that is customized to your needs. In addition to the exercise component, the Sports Center personal trainers will help you create a healthy nutrition plan in order to maximize your weight loss.
Basketball
Looking to take your basketball game to the next level? The Sports Center features personal trainers who specialize in basketball conditioning workouts that will help you reach your peak performance on the basketball court.
Yoga
Our highly trained yoga instructors are available for private lessons. Let our experienced instructors tailor a yoga training program to meet your specific needs. Whether you are a yoga beginner or looking to take your yoga skills to the next level, we will match you with a capable and qualified yoga teacher.

Advanced Personal Training is for clients who are new to exercise. Our experienced certified trainers are highly motivational, employing a number of training techniques to help beginners achieve their desired level of fitness.

Getting Started with a Personal Fitness Training Program
Complimentary Basic Fitness Assessment
New Club Members Only. One-hour, 5-point evaluative assessment performed by an exercise physiologist or exercise technician, leading to a personal goal-oriented “Fitness Prescription.”
Multi-visit Personal Training Packages
Multi-visit personal training packages (3, 12, 24 and 48-packs) provide additional frequency discounts off the individual training rates.
Specialized Training Programs
Discuss your personal fitness goals and interests with your trainer. He or she will be able to direct you to the many other fitness programs offered at the Sports Center.
