Getting Started with a Personal Fitness Training Program

Complimentary Basic Fitness Assessment

New Club Members Only. One-hour, 5-point evaluative assessment performed by an exercise physiologist or exercise technician, leading to a personal goal-oriented “Fitness Prescription.”

Multi-visit Personal Training Packages

Multi-visit personal training packages (3, 12, 24 and 48-packs) provide additional frequency discounts off the individual training rates.

Specialized Training Programs

Discuss your personal fitness goals and interests with your trainer. He or she will be able to direct you to the many other fitness programs offered at the Sports Center. Research shows that individuals who diversify their training regiment are more likely to achieve their fitness goals. You’ll never be bored training at the Sports Center!
