FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Applications for financial assistance are available. Please contact Krista Bugenhagen at 212.336.6839. The Deadline for submitting financial aid requests is September 30, 2006.

COMMENTS/REQUESTS^*
Requests must be specified on the application or separately IN WRITING in the Comment/Request area prior to evaluations (e.g. assigning players to the same team due to transportation requirements).

Carpool or transportation requests will be accepted in the fall season only. One request per application. Requests to be with a friend or a specific coach will not be accepted at any time.
^*All requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
